The Town Park located on Route 77 next the Pembroke High School is a great place for sports and recreation. Come out and enjoy its athletic fields or the 2.1 mile hiking trail with benches throughout for resting and enjoying nature. There are pavilions for picnicking, a play ground and during the summer months you can watch a semi-pro football game or two.

In the spring of 2019 a HealthBeat Outdoor Fitness System was installed at the park. The system consists of eight pieces of equipment for users ages 13+. It is designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced users and targets cardiovascular health, muscle strength, balance and flexibility. The Fitness System is located in close proximity to our playground allowing adults to workout while watching over their children.
Below are some pictures of the equipment. To learn how to properly use the equipment visit the HealthBeat’s website or visit youtube for how-to videos.
