LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF THE YEAR 2002

OF THE TOWN OF PEMBROKE

BE IT ENACTED BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF PEMBROKE AS FOLLOWS:

1. The Zoning Law of the Town of Pembroke known as Local Law No. 1 of the year 1991, as thereinafter amended by Local law No. 3 of 1992, Local Law No 1 of 1995, Local Law No. 2 of 1995, Local law No. 2 of 1996, Local law No. 1 of 1997, Local Law No. 1 of 2000 and Local Law No. 4 of 2000, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning of the following real property from Agricultural-Residential to Industrial:

Real Proberty owned by ED ARNOLD REALTY LLC., and described in a Deed recorded at the Genesee County Clerk's Office on December 14, 2001, in Liber 796 of Deeds at page 96, containing Tax Map parcels Nos. 24.-1-18.1, 24.-1-1-18.2, 24.-1-19, 24.-1-20 and 24.-1-21.

2. The Zoning map of the Town of Pembroke shall be revised to reflect the above described zoning change.

3. This Local Law shall become effective upon the filing thereof with the New York Secretary of State.
