LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Pembroke Zoning Board of Appeals at the Pembroke Town Hall, 1145 Main Road in said Town on the 21ST of April 2010 at 7:30pm.

On the petition of Eric Von Kramer, 2323 Main Rd., Town of Pembroke, (TM # 17.-1-64) requesting an area variance for a proposed car lot. This is under Schedule A of the Town of Pembroke Zoning Law. All interested Parties will be heard.

On the petition of Jeffrey Ezzo, 683 Knapp Rd. Town of Pembroke (TM # 14.-1-25.2) is requesting a 3.95 foot front yard variance for a proposed deck. This is under Schedule A of the Town of Pembroke Zoning Law. All interested Parties will be heard.
